1. Services Provided

Art & Sports offers custom apparel and product creation services, including screen printing, embroidery, business cards, and other customized business products. Our team is here to help bring your designs to life, whether they are customer-provided or created in collaboration with us.

2. Ordering Process

​

• Minimum Orders: A minimum order quantity applies, which will be specified in your quote.

• Artwork Submission: Clients must upload their own artwork if they are not utilizing our design services.

• Order Approval: Production begins only after the quote has been approved by the client.

3. Payment Terms

​

Full payment is due upon completion of your order.

​

4. Refunds and Cancellations

​

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

​

5. Customer Responsibilities

​

• File Upload: Clients are responsible for providing the correct artwork files. Art & Sports is not liable for errors in the provided artwork, including any copyright issues.

• Accuracy of Artwork: Clients must ensure there are no errors in the artwork before submission. Art & Sports is not responsible for errors in uploaded artwork, nor for any mistakes in approved designs that we have created.

6. Limitations of Liability

• Delays: Unexpected delays may occur during production.

• Artwork Errors: Art & Sports is not responsible for any errors in customer-submitted artwork. For artwork we design, we are not liable for errors after client approval.

7. Modifications to Services

​

Art & Sports reserves the right to change or modify services, pricing, or policies at any time.
